Delivery and Returns Policy


Delivery Information

Paper2Paper delivers throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer delivery to mainland United Kingdom, Europe or other international destinations. All orders placed through our website qualify for free delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2:00pm on Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Most deliveries arrive within 1 to 2 working days to major towns and cities throughout Ireland. Deliveries to more remote or difficult to reach locations may take up to 3 working days. While we make every effort to meet these delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange or replacement unless required by law. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must accompany all returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods to Paper2Paper. Returned goods should not be sent to the manufacturer. The return delivery address will be provided by our customer service team when a return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed immediately and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. While refunds are issued promptly, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted. Examples include products showing obvious signs of use, opened packaging, products returned in a damaged condition, products missing parts not caused by our error, or products returned outside the 14-day returns period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after being notified that it has been processed, please first check your bank account and contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@paper2paper.ie.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, clearance or promotional items may not be refunded unless faulty, damaged or otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Exchanges

We only replace items where they are defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@paper2paper.ie and we will provide instructions for returning the original product and arranging a replacement.

High Value Returns

If you are returning goods valued at more than €100, we recommend using a trackable delivery service and obtaining appropriate shipping insurance. Paper2Paper cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods and accepts no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
